About us

Launched in February 2024, this collective is an action laboratory (a Think tank) and a digital media outlet dedicated to mountain territory transitions. Climate change affects us all. Mountain territories are on the front line and must prepare for a major shift in models. These changes are a real challenge for public, economic and associative stakeholders.

This is a challenge we must meet collectively by acting on our models, our professions and sometimes even our personal lives. And often the starting point for these actions is the adoption of a new collective narrative — beyond the diagnosis, by sharing knowledge and field initiatives, by evaluating options and identifying obstacles, Mountain Change Makers enables this momentum.

We have chosen the power of voice. Voice to understand and imagine, voice to inspire and act! To highlight motivation and action, to bring people together and build momentum. Voice to be accountable. Giving a voice to those who act every day, in a balanced and positive way.
